Ethan Embry lands recurring role on 'Once Upon a Time'

Ethan Embry has been cast in the second season of Once Upon A Time, but his character remains a mystery for now.

According to Aceshowbiz, Embry's character will be a visitor to Storybrooke but the show has not revealed if he will be playing a magical creature.

Some predictions for his character that TVLine has made include Embry possibly playing Rumplestiltskin’s grown-up son Baelfire. Fans will just have to patiently wait and see.

This season has seen some new faces already like Killian Jones aka Captain Hook played by Colin O'Donoghue and Lancelot played by Sinqua Walls.

Raphael Sbarge, who plays Archie in Storybrooke and Jiminy Cricket in Fairytale Land, has talked about Once Upon A Time's creators Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz informing the cast of the addition of new characters.

"They came at me at the beginning of the season and they said a couple of things. They said, 'Look, we are going to bring in a whole bunch of new characters.' They said, 'Don't worry.' There are episodes where some of our main characters - like Lana [Parrilla aka Regina and the Evil Queen] - have been in [the show] very little or at all," Sbarge said, according to Aceshowbiz.

"It creates the microcosm because when we do all come back - and I promise, we do - it sort of creates that much more excitement, thrill and familiarity," he continued on to say.

Once Upon A Time's new episode airs tonight, Sunday, October 28 at 8pm on ABC.
