Choreographer Wade Robson claims in new legal documents he was sexually molested by Michael Jackson as a child

A new child molestation claim has surfaced regarding Michael Jackson and a now 30 year old choreographer named Wade Robson who spent time at the Neverland Ranch as a kid.

Robson, who has appeared on So You Think You Can Dance and has worked with some of the pop industry’s biggest names such as Britney Spears and boy bands N*SYNC, Backstreet Boys and more, is asking the Michael Jackson Estate for money for the sexual abuse.

According to TMZ, Robson met the late King of Pop when he was 5 years old and started to have regular sleepovers at the Neverland Ranch by the age of 7, as well as homes in L.A. and Las Vegas. This continued until he was 14 years old.

But during Jackson’s molestation trial in 2005, Robson testified and denied he was molested by the “Smooth Criminal” singer. Jackson’s former housekeeper, Blanca Francia, testified that she saw Robson in the shower with Jackson when he was 8 or 9.

Huffington Post reports that Robson’s legal documents also include an affidavit from a child psychologist who he saw as a child as a result of the alleged molestation.

When Jackson died in 2009, however, Robson said "Michael Jackson changed the world and, more personally, my life forever. He is the reason I dance, the reason I make music, and one of the main reasons I believe in the pure goodness of human kind.”

An attorney who represents the Jackson Estate has responded, saying "Mr. Robson's claim is outrageous and pathetic. This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him. Now, nearly 4 years after Michael has passed, this sad and less than credible claim has been made."
