Happy birthday, Jamie-Lynn Sigler!

Jamie-Lynn Sigler turns 32 today!

Born in Jericho, NY, Jamie-Lynn Sigler began acting (and singing) at the age of seven.

At the age of sixteen, she was casted as the precocious Meadow Soprano, the daughter of mob boss Tony Soprano in HBO's The Sopranos.

Premiering in 1999, the TV show skyrocketed to be a huge success commercially and in ratings - it also pushed Sigler's acting career to fame. She continued acting in the show until the show's final season in 2007.

Sigler then landed more roles in movies and TV shows, for instance, Campfire Stories, Death of a Dynasty, Love Wrecked, Dark Ride, voice guest in children animation Higglytown Heroes, Entourage, Ugly Betty, and the ongoing show, Guys with Kids. She also did numerous stage plays, such as Cinderella adaptation, that required her to travel with the theatrical group, and spent five months in Broadway for Beauty and the Beast adaptation.

Other than acting, Sigler once tried her luck in music. She released her first (and only) album, Cry Baby in 2001. The album was commmercially failed and she admitted to be "embarrassed" for releasing the album. She, however, collaborated with singer Romeo Santos, in his song "You," and appeared in the music video.

Jamie-Lynn Sigler, who is currently engaged to baseball player Cutter Dykstra, co-authored an autobiography entitled Wise Girl: What I've Learned About Life, Love, and Loss.
