Channing Tatum admits to crying fits during the birth of daughter Everly

Channing Tatum comes off as nothing less than a guy’s-guy in both his films and interviews, but when the White House Down actor sat down with Chelsea Lately host Chelsea Handler, “The Sexiest Man Alive” admits that while watching his wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, give birth to their daughter, he had to excuse himself to go have “crying fits.”

Tatum appeared on the hilarious talk show June 27, Us Weekly reports, where Handler asked him about his new addition and watching his wife give birth to their daughter.

“I probably went to the bathroom four times and had a crying fit,” he laughed. “Like, I’m just like, ‘I don’t know what to do!'”

He continued praising women, “There is a real reason why God did not give, like, [guys] this ability to have babies…Because we would not be able to do it. You guys, I don’t know how you do it. It’s a real thing. It’s like National Geographic animal-style, for real. I don’t get it.”

The proud new father and his wife introduced his newborn daughter, Everly, to the world an adorable Facebook post.
