YouTube comedians urge viewers to 'stop caring' about Amanda Bynes

Members of YouTube’s Official Comedy channel released a video on May 30 entitled, “Amanda Bynes PSA”, which urges the public to stop caring about Amanda Bynes.

The 2:20 minute black and white video is complete with melodramatic piano music and slides of more significant things are happening in the world right now, including the violent conflict in Syria.

"Just think, somewhere, right now, at this very moment, scientists are working to cure cancer," one of the video's three narrators says. "And you just retweeted, 'I want @drake to murder my vagina,'" another says, as reported by The Huffington Post reports.

The troubled star has monopolized entertainment news with her antics, which include bizarre rants via her Twitter account and a recent arrest.

The satirical short film’s narrators suggest that instead of keeping up with Bynes, you should get a dog, catch up on episodes of Breaking Bad , or call your parents, “because it has been a week.”

Official Comedy begs us to stop caring and “end this epidemic.”

If you’re not ready to stop caring about the troubled 27-year-old and you need one more Bynes update before you let go, New York Daily News reports that the All That alum was recently tossed form her Biltmore apartment following her arrest and string of semi-coherent social media outbursts.

“She is officially gone from the building,” a source said, adding that Bynes is “no longer welcome as a tenant in the building in light of recent events."
