Miley Cyrus releases ‘Bangerz’ cover art, new song ‘Wrecking Ball’

Last night, Miley Cyrus released the cover art for her upcoming album, entitled Bangerz, plus a new song from its track list, “Wrecking Ball.”

The Bangerz cover is an 80s throwback with “Bangerz” written in pink fluorescent lights atop snapshots of palm trees, according to Billboard. In the foreground, Cyrus looks over her shoulder, wearing a short, black waistcoat and no pants, donning her signature matte red lipstick.
Cyrus also released the song “Wrecking Ball” from the new album. According to Just Jared, you can pre-order her album on itunes to also receive a copy of the new song. “Wrecking Ball” is a slower song compared to her first single off the album, “We Can’t Stop.” It depicts a relationship, with the chorus “I came in like a wrecking ball / I never hit so hard in love / All I wanted was to break your walls / All you ever did was break me.”
