Rapper A$AP Rocky has reportedly been charged with assault after a woman filed a criminal complaint that he slapped her in the face this weekend. The alleged incident took place at the Made In America concert in Philadelphia on Saturday.
According to TMZ, the woman, who is a mother, claims that the “F**kin’ Problems” rapper was moving through the crowd when several women were pulling on his shirt. He then turned and slapped her right in the face with his open hand. She claims that the slap was so hard that she was injured and suffered whiplash.
Gossip Cop reports that A$AP was charged with misdemeanor assault.
A$AP and his reps have not commented on the charges.
GlobalGrind reported last week that A$AP teamed up with Jeremy Scott for a new version of the winged Adidas Shoe that is all black. It’s called the “Black Flag” shoe and the release date has yet to be announced.
