George Clooney causes commotion in Vancouver while filming 'Tomorrowland'

George Clooney was spotted having a bit of fun in Vancouver while filming Walt Disney Pictures' Tomorrowland. He surprised Canadians in bars and restaurants, playing tricks on them.

On Saturday, Clooney showed up at sushi restaurant Minami, reports the Examiner. Since he had reserved his table under the name Mr. Sanchez, even employees were surprised by his arrival.

The manager of the restaurant, Patrick Rider, told CTV, "They asked for a VIP table for a Mr. Sanchez so we made the reservation ...He had some sashimi and a vodka martini. [He] was very, very pleased with everything ... There was some buzz that was created, more amongst the female staff.”

Clooney was a pleasant customer, allowing fans to take pictures of him and not making a fuss when he had to sit at the sushi bar instead of a VIP table.

Last Friday, the Ocean's Eleven star was again friendly to fans as he ate out at the Joey Burrard restaurant in Vancouver.

According to Mail Online, restaurants aren't the only place Clooney has been causing commotion. He has been mixing it up in between takes while filming Tomorrowland. He was photographed making numerous silly faces.

The sci-fi movie Tomorrowland is slated for a 2014 release in U.S. And Canadian theaters.
