Mumford & Sons get thrown out of Atlanta strip club

Despite their celebrity status, Mumford & Sons were not exempt from the rules of no photography in a strip club and were kicked out.

TMZ reports that the Grammy Award winning group teamed up at Atlanta’s Clemont Lounge after performing at ATL’s Centennial Olympic Park. At the strip club, karaoke was available and Ben Lovett opted to use the opportunity to show off his skills.

The band thought it would be fun to record the event and pulled out their cell phones only to be yelled at by the club’s management. Still, the boys continued to snap photos and take videos of their adventure.

The DJ began lowering the music following the outburst and Ben accused the DJ of ruining his song. The boys were booted from the club shortly thereafter.

While the “I Will Wait” singer group has not released a statement regarding getting kicked out, Clemonth Lounge took to Instagram to defend their decision posting a picture of TMZ’s story. “No camera rule applies to everyone!” they wrote.
