Heidi Klum took her Halloween costume to the next level this year, dressing as an elderly woman and looking completely unrecognizable.
Her costume, which always brings the wow-factor at her annual Halloween party in New York City, looked so real she even had varicose veins.
Us Weekly notes the model has been a cadaver, an alien, an Indian deity, Cleopatra and an ape in previous years.
Klum posted various photos of her transformation on Twitter, starting with just a close-up of her eye. Before that, she posted a photo of herself in a makeup chair and wrote "Ok guys........I am going into the future.”

She was even stunned by the authenticity of the varicose veins, as she posted a photo of her legs with the caption “wow.”

The party was held at the Marquee nightclub in Chelsea, NYC on Thursday night.
