Kendrick Lamar calls touring with Kanye West 'a whole 'nother world' (Video)

Kendrick Lamar, who opens for Kanye West on his Yeezus tour, is disappointed in the setbacks the tour has seen since its kick-off.

Tour stops in Vancouver, Denver, Minneapolis, Anaheim and Chicago have been postponed due to an accident involving the truck carrying the set’s 60-foot LED screen.

"I was looking forward to them cities man," Lamar told MTV News. "Now we gotta wait and sit back but I'll go in the studio and put that energy into the booth. But I definitely was looking forward to them cities. Hopefully, we get back on as soon as possible."

He added it’s a “blessing” to be involved in the tour, saying he’s a fan of West. “That's just a whole 'nother world," he said of touring with the new father.

"Watching him perform and seeing how much he put into his presence onstage, it just reassures me that coming out the booth, you gotta take just as much attention on that stage, and put work in on that,” he continued.

"It's a great experience, man and I'm happy, I'm excited,” he also said.
