Taylor Swift's Top 10 fashion statements

Taylor Swift fans have a lot to cheer for. Not only is Taylor a talented singer, performer, and musician, but she also has a knack for fashion. Over the years, she has developed an affinity for J Brand jeans, Jimmy Choo and Christian Louboutin shoes, boho separates from Free People, and of course gorgeous gowns by Elie Saab and Oscar de la Renta. She has also inspired a number of popular fashion blogs (like taylorswiftstyle.net) ‎and tumblr pages (for example, taylorswift-fashion.tumblr.com). Taylor is a celebrity fashion icon because she can pull off so many different looks. She can be girly-girl one day, edgy the next, and classy and elegant the next. She has topped best-dressed lists on so many red carpets, it’s hard to keep track. Tay turns 24 today, and in honor of her birthday, we're counting down her Top Ten Fashion Statements. It’s super hard to pick just ten!

10. To kick off the countdown, we’ll start with this adorable blue silk dress by Oscar de la Renta. Taylor wore it for her portraits for One Chance, a British film featuring Tay’s new song, ‘Sweeter Than Fiction.’ The song earned her a Golden Globe nomination earlier today!

This outfit features a Free People foil ombre dress, a Tod’s tote bag, and Tay’s favorite sunglasses, Ray Ban wayfarers. She wore this ensemble to the beach earlier this week.
