'Breaking Bad' final season to hit Netflix on Feb. 24

The last eight episodes of Breaking Bad will be available for Netflix users to view on February 24th.

Variety reported that the final season of Bad came to a conclusion last fall on AMC. The final season broke records on TV when it came to ratings and the final eposide broke records for AMC.

The show enjoyed a serge of viewership in part thanks to Netflix. Breaking Bad was one of the first shows to be featured on the live-streaming service and fans word of mouth from "binge" watching the show, helped to boost ratings for the final season.

Breaking Bad starred Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Anna Gunn and Dean Norris. The show told the story of a New Mexico teacher who turned into a crystal meth kingpin. Vince Gilligan, the creator of Breaking Bad often described the show as taking Mr. Chips to Scarface.

The Inquisitr added that the Breaking Bad spin off Better Call Saul will be premiering on AMC in November and the show already has a deal with Netflix.
