Daily Wrap of All Things for Jan. 9: Outkast, Robert Vick, and Insane Clown Posse

Here’s our daily wrap for Thursday January 9:

Outkast will be reuniting at the 2014 Coachella music festival. The band will be headlining on the first night, April 11, as well as April 18. Other bands performing at the festival include Muse, HAIM, AFI and Arcade Fire. Tickets for Coachella go on sale Friday.

Robert Vick, an escapee from a Kentucky prison, turned himself in due to the frigid temperatures thanks to the polar vortex. Vick walked into a Sunset Motel in Lexington, KY when it was only 3 degrees outside and asked the manager to call the police on him. Vick was serving a six year sentence but could have an extra five years added due to his escape.

The Insane Clown Posse is suing the FBI because they have classified their fan base as a gang. The ICP fan base is commonly known as “Juggalos” and is being classified as a form of a gang according to FBI. The lawsuit orders the removal of Juggalos from the FBI's National Gang Intelligence Center list citing that their fans to do not take part in organized crime.
