Daily Wrap of All Things for Feb 16: John Henson, John Krasinski & Emily Blunt, and Craiglist Killing

Here’s our daily wrap for Sunday Feb 16th:

Muppet puppeteer John Henson, 48, passed away Friday after a heart attack. Henson was the son of Jim Henson, who is the creator of the Muppets series, and was the voice of the character Sweetums. The family released a statement on Facebook that he died while at home with his daughter.

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt welcomed their first child, daughter Hazel. Krasinski, former The Office star, and Blunt, from The Devil Wears Prada, have been married since 2010. Krasinski announced the news himself, tweeting, “Wanted to let the news out directly. Emily and I are so incredibly happy to welcome our daughter Hazel into the world today! Happy bday!”

A Pennsylvania woman, Miranda Barbour, admitted to killing a man, Troy LaFerrara, who she met on Craigslist, but is blaming what she’s done on a cult. Apparently, he was one of 22 people that she has killed in the last six years. At only 19 years old, she admitted that there could be even more victims that she’s claiming. “When I hit 22, I stopped counting,” she said.
