Stupid Amazon Reviews: Snow Wolf SW0310 Wheeled Snow Shovel

Just when we thought we were almost out of the bleak winter season, here is a handy dandy gadget that will help you through the tough times. Gone are the noisy snowblowers and shovels equipped to give you a backache. The Snow Wolf SW0310 Wheeled Snow Shovel is equipped to help you get rid of the remnants of the toughest of snow storms. It is superb for removing large amounts of snow, and is available on Amazon. Best of all, it’s only $139.00.

Here’s what customers had to say:

This shovel has taken a lot stress off my back. It's great for snow that isn't too deep. –Joe

Glad to hear it, Joe

The thing is a behemoth. Awkward at first, but it works. The idea that it works as fast as a snow-blower is laughable. It doesn't. I would say it's 50% faster than a normal shovel, which is saying a lot. But it's no snow-blower. Also, it's a no go in tight spaces.

Here’s to the behemoth!

This is a good product in theory. Does save your back and neck from a lot of the usual strain of manual shoveling. However, the plastic shovel part is of lesser quality and for the amount of money paid, they should have included the wear strip and chipper or else you really have to dig and push into hard, compact snow, feeling every bump along the pavement as you push along. –Anonymous in Spokane

Sorry, Anonymous, wish this had worked out.

The Snow Wolf does move larger amounts of snow than a typical shovel. It is ok on driveways but it is awkward on sidewalks when the snow has to be thrown to the side. –Disappointed

What good is it if it’s not good on the sidewalks?

Do not try to assemble in cold weather (but that's when you need it). Parts MUST be 72 degrees or warmer. That is in the instructions. Even after I warmed them up, the rubber on the tire aw TOO SHORT. –Dragon

Maybe best to assemble this after April, then?

If it doesn’t work out this year, there’s always another year and another chance to try the Snow Wolf!
