Todd Harrell of 3 Doors Down arrested again for DUI

Todd Harrell, the bassist for the band 3 Doors Down, has been arrested again for allegedly driving under the influence.

According to the Associated Press, police in Mississippi have said the Harrell, who faces a vehicular homicide case in Tennessee, was arrested Tuesday on a DUI charge.

The Sun Herald reported that someone called police after they saw the guitarists slumped over the wheel of a family member’s sport utility vehicle at a D'Iberville, Miss. intersection.

"On arrival our officers made contact with the driver and there were signs of his being impaired," Police Chief Wayne Payne said.

The rocker was previously arrested in 2012 on another DUI charge. He was convicted, but avoided jail time.

Harrell was also arrested in 2013 and got into an accident that claimed the life of another person. After he was charged with vehicular homicide by intoxication, he checked himself into a rehab facility.

His group is best known for hits like Kryptonite and Here Without You.
