Top 10 Gossip Songs

American indie rock group Gossip is a three-piece rock group from Olympia, Washington with roots in Arkansas. With a sound that belongs to no specific genre, Gossip is easily enjoyable for most.

Gossip was formed in 1999 by singer Beth Ditto, bassist and guitarist Nathan Howdeshell, who also goes by Brace Paine, and original drummer, Kathy Mendonça in Olympia, Washington. Originally from Searcy, Arkansas, Kathy Mendonça moved to Washington to pursue her education, but was followed by Ditto and Howdeshell and the three became roommates, during which time the band was formed.

From 1999 to 2003 Gossip released two EPs and two studio albums, however, in 2003, drummer Kathy Mendonça left the group to pursue a career as a midwife and was replaced by drummer Hannah Blilie.

Following Blilie's induction to the group, Gossip has received mainstream attention and produced three albums.
