Healthcare.gov traffic up since President Obama's 'Between Two Ferns' interview

Web traffic has spiked upwards on Tuesday for Healthcare.gov since President Barack Obama's interview on Funny Or Die's Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis.

The mock Obama interview, which hit three million views after only a few hours, has actually been the number one referrer of people to the Healthcare.gov website, according to The Hollywood Reporter, which would mean the endeavor accomplished what it set out to do.

The interview seems to have been a success as the goal was to get younger people to sign up for health care ahead of the upcoming March 31 signup deadline. Producer Eric Ortner said, "This is a perfect example of a great partnership with Funny or Die stepping up in a big way."

As previously reported, the six-minute video shows Obama and Galifianakis going back and forth, trading smack talk, such as the president ragging on Galifianakis for things like the third Hangover film.

Eventually the conversation turns to websites and what the president likes to
frequent and unsurprisingly he is fairly partial to Healthcare.gov.
