Musicians Paul Simon and Sting play Madison Square Garden

Paul Simon and Sting left fans in awe at Madison Square Garden.

According to the Associated Press. Fans enjoyed popular songs at the arena. The musicians played “Message in a Bottle,” “You Can Call Me Al,” and “Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes.”

Both singers have extraordinary careers. Paul Simon was the lead singer of Simon and Garfunkel. Simon wrote many hit songs including “Bridge Over Troubled Water,” “Mrs. Robinson,” and “The Sound of Silence.” Paul Simon began a solo career after 1970. His albums include Graceland, You’re the One, and So Beautiful or So What. Simon has won 12 Grammy Awards and the Kennedy Center Honors, the nation’s highest tribute to performing artists.

Sting was in the popular band, The Police. His solo career has also been incredibly successful. He received 16 Grammy Awards for his work, including Best Rock Instrumental Performance. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003.

Paul Simon and Sting will play at Madison Square Garden again on Thursday, according to the Daily News. The tour began in early February, and Simon and Sting will conclude the tour in Orlando later this month.
