Pope Francis accidentally drops F-bomb

The pontiff confused some Italian words during his weekly address in St. Peters Square and accidentally dropped the F-Bomb.

According to the New York Daily News, Pope Francis quickly corrected himself after using the Italian word “caso,” which means “case,” with “cazzo,” which can translate to “f–k” or sometimes “s–t.”

The International Business Times noted that the Pope’s profanity came out while delivering a very serious wish for a peaceful resolve to the crisis in the Ukraine.

Pope Francis realized his mishap right after the word came out of his mouth and he was professional about it. He paused for a moment, used the correct word and continued along like it never happened.

“In this f*ck… in this case the providence of God is made visible as gesture of solidarity.”

Unfortunately for the Argentinian Catholic leader, the mistake also went viral immediately after it was said.

The 77-year-old’s utter should easily be forgiven though since Italian is not his first language.
