Saint Louis rallies from 16-point deficit to advance in NCAA tournament

The NCAA tournament lived up to its moniker "March Madness" as the match between No. 5 seed Saint Louis and No. 12 seed North Carolina State went into overtime. The Billikens ultimately came out on top 83-80.

The Wolfpack looked primed to upset the Billikens, but the Billikens rallied from 16 points down to force an extra five minutes into the game. The Wolfpack had a 55-39 lead with 8:13 remaining in the second half. Atlantic-10 Conference Player of the Year Jordair Jett led the comeback in the last five minutes of regulation.

NC State star T.J. Warren, who won Atlantic Coastal Conference Player of the Year, led his team with 28 points, according to ESPN. He missed a key free throw in the last minute of overtime that could have tied the game though. He ultimately shot 6-for-14 from the charity stripe. The Billikens also had trouble at the free throw line, shooting 12-for-26 as a team.

The Billikens were led by Rob Loe, who scored 22 points, according to NY Times. Jett added another 18 points.
