Simon Cowell is setting yet another record with his talent competition Britain's Got Talent. The show brought in a record setting 11 million viewers on Saturday for it's premiere.

Last year when the talent show debuted it only had an audience of 10.5 million viewers.

This season features Amanda Holden, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams as the judges who are deciding who will advance within the competition.

For the past two years, Britain's Got Talent has been going up against BBC's The Voice but this year, the shows did compete, which may have helped with the final ratings stats.

As always with the auditions, a few shocking ones came forward during the premiere on Saturday night, including a 79-year-old, dancing sensation who shocked the judges, The Telegraph reported.
