Arizona judge finds DNA in Darren Sharper case to be evident

Former NFL safety Darren Sharper has been accused of sexual assault on two different women in a hotel after drugging them.

According to NOLA, there was DNA matching Sharper's found on one of the alleged victim's clothes. She had allegedly partied with Sharper at a nightclub and gone home with him after.

After Sharper took the woman back to her apartment, he reportedly mixed a drink for her that made her pass out and was "insistent" that she drink it.

The woman told police that she felt drugged, and another woman said she saw Sharper having sex with her roommate as she was going to the bathroom to splash water on her face.

Both women said that they have no recollection of what had happened the previous night, according to USA Today.

Sharper also said that he did not remember what happened the previous night. He has already pleaded not guilty to separate charges of drugging and raping two women.
