Miley Cyrus is still heartbroken after the death of her dog Floyd; however she did receive something that is bound to make the heartache a little less.
She took to Twitter on Tuesday, April 1, that Floyd had died, telling her fans that it was the second worst day of her life and that she was “broken.”
According to E! News, Cyrus’ mother, Tish Cyrus, thought that the best option to cheer up her daughter would be to welcome an additional dog to the family.

“no one could ever replace my baby Floyd but this precious angel is lendin me some fur to cry on along with my other babies,” Cyrus added on another Twitter post.
For the continuation of the day it seemed that the singer was trying to enjoy the company of Moonie as well as her other dog, Mary Jane, whom she adopted when she was still with Liam Hemsworth.
Despite Floyd’s death, Cyrus has continued to own the stage during her Bangerz tour and has even dedicated the song “Landslide” by Fleetwood Mac to him.
