Miley Cyrus sings to statue of late dog Floyd during 'Bangerz' tour stop at Barclays Center in Brooklyn

Miley Cyrus has been vocal about her dog, Floyd, passing and her feelings of uncertainty about replacing him so soon and during her Bangerz tour stop at the Brooklyn Barclays Center on Saturday night she honored him by featuring a huge statue of him on stage.

She clutched him as she sang, and during her performance of “Can’t Be Tamed” she got particularly upset.

"That was the hardest song of the night to do. As yawl know, because I lost my Floydie this week...Sometimes I just can't stop from breaking down crying,. But it's so healing for me to be here with you,” she said, Us Weekly reports.

The singer went on to dedicate Coldplay’s “The Scientist” to Floyd, telling the crowd “These have been the hardest days I have ever been though."

As we previously reported, Cyrus shared on Twitter that she wasn’t sure how she felt about having a new dog, saying, “So torn. I love having little Moonie cuddle w me and Mary Jane but just don't know if I'm ready to love again.”
