Two Beyonce fans sue over 'rushing mob' that knocked them to the ground at Chicago concert

Two Beyonce fans are suing the “Drunk in Love” singer, Live Nation and Chicago’s United Center for getting tramped by the large crowd in the venue when they attended her Mrs. Carter World Tour concert in December 2013.

Raquel Castellanos and Gabriella Davidson filed the lawsuit in Cook County Circuit Court on Tuesday, alleging they were the victims of a “rushing mob” and no one did anything to stop it.

“To the contrary, The United Center encouraged it by the set up which it created and controlled, the lawsuit stated, Chicago’s CBS affiliate reports.
They claim those working at the venue simply opened the gates at 7pm “without instruction or any reasonable system to permit and orderly entrance,” causing the mob to rush the venue.

The women were taken to a nearby hospital by the Chicago Fire Department. Castellanos and Davidson are suing on six counts, one being negligence.

TMZ notes when they were knocked to ground in the stampede they allege they got knocked unconscious and sustained injuries such as broken bones.
