Martin Lawrence makes his return to television with Kelsey Grammer

Famous comedians Martin Lawrence and Kelsey Grammer are set to team up in a new show called Partners which will premiere on FX August 4. The two hilarious actors had hit television shows in the 1990s. They are ready to create on what they hope is a successful run with this new show.

Lawrence has had success in the film industry. Starring in movies such as Bad Boys, House Party, Blue Streak, and Big Momma’s House. But his television show Martin is where he made his bones. It aired on the Fox network from 1992 to 1997.

Grammer played was a NBC sitcom star on the shows Cheers and its spin off show Frasier. He was known for playing the same character for 20 years, which was Dr. Frasier Crane. He has won five Emmy Awards and three Golden Globes.

The new heavyweight comedic combo plans on doing something drastic. FX will premiere two episodes of the new show Partners back to back, according to .

There have been 10 episodes ordered for Partners over a five week span. If the show ends up doing well, the network will order an additional 90 episodes, reported by Variety.
