Porn stars speak out about Chase shutting down their bank accounts, call it 'discrimination'

A porn star, Layton Benton, is stepping forward to claim Chase illegally shut down her bank account without notifying her first and it's all because of her profession.

Benton said the bank would only tell her it was a “risk” when she demanded answers.

"I feel like they have some kind of discrimination. You would think as a bank they would love the fact that people are putting so much money into their accounts, a sign that they’re not going under,” she told FOX411. “So I really do feel like it has to do with me being in the adult industry and somehow they found out.”

Benton isn’t the only porn star who’s experienced their accounts being shut down, leading her to jump to the conclusion that they’re discriminating against the porn industry.

“It was weird because on all of our letters it was the exact same day, it was like the 11th of the month. So mine got closed on April 11th and another girl’s got closed on May 11th,” she said.

Porn stars Teagan Presley and Veronica Avluv have also spoken out about this, telling Daily News they’ve switched to Wells Fargo.
