To celebrate the release of his first single, a remake of Queen’s iconic “We Will Rock You,” musician Mohammad has put together a list of the top 10 most beautiful songs.
Inspired by musicians and artists from all different genres – ranging from Queen to pop icons Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston to classical masters such as Mozart and Vivaldi – the Los Angeles-based Mohammad combines these multiple influences to create a sound all his own. His instrumental and vocal talent has led to his own style of music, tailored to his own sensibilities as a musician and an artist.
Mohammad’s time in music has led him to additional opportunities, as well, including working with fashion designer Lloyd Klein (Natalie Col, Christina Aguilera, Pink). The partnership has shaped Mohammad’s personal understanding of the importance of a detailed approach to not only his music, but also his style and image.
Furthermore, the talented artist was featured in the lead role in Success Driven, a short film directed by Yancey Arias and written by Scott J. Foster. The film received the award for Best Short Film at the Bel Air Film Festival and the soundtrack, which features Mohammad’s single “Anyone,” received Best Soundtrack at the AOF Film Festival.

10. “Man In The Mirror” – Michael Jackson
This is easily one of my favorite songs from Michael Jackson. Between his vocal ability, his dancing ability, his overall stage presence and the way he influenced Pop, the man is no doubt a legend. The message of this song, in particular, is also extremely touching and inspiring.

9. “All Of Me” – John Legend
Each element of the song – the piano, the vocals and the lyrics – comes together and blend in such a perfect way. Each piece is already so beautiful and powerful on it’s own, when they come together, it makes something even more amazing.

8. “Desert Rose” – Sting
What makes this song stand out is it’s internal diversity. The different influences in the song might seem to clash, but as the song goes on, they work together in an unexpected and beautiful way. It’s a very original sound. This is one of my favorite songs and never gets old for me.

7. “Mirrors” – Justin Timberlake
Using this song to mark a “comeback” was a very powerful move by Justin. I am always impressed by his vocal range – he is one of the most talented artists and performers out there right now.

6. “We Will Rock You” – Queen
This is, hands down, one of the greatest songs ever written. It’s beauty comes from it’s ability to appeal to everyone and anyone in almost any situation. It’s simplicity and lasting power makes it one of the most unique songs every made.
[new page = Whitney Houston]
5. “I’ll Always Love You” – Whitney Houston
I think everyone can agree that Whitney Houston was and is a legend. Her voice is one of the most amazing, moving and powerful voices on the planet, and the way she sings gives you chills and a sense of wonder. This song is as iconic as songs can be, and will definitely be a wonderful hit forever.

4. “This Is What It Feels Like” – Armin Van Buuren
Armin Van Buuren’s “This Is What It Feels Like” is a feel good song that makes you want to dance and sing along. For me, it is a song that helps energize and motivate me, while also putting a smile on my face. It always makes me want to bring people together to celebrate.
[new page = Finger Eleven]
3. “Paralyzer” – Finger Eleven
This song is a little bit different than the others on the list, but it still strikes me as a wonderfully and beautifully crafted song. The power of the drums give the beat and this song a very strong, very exciting feeling. Similar to the last song, it can definitely motivate me. The vocals, which are a little rough, give the track a great sound overall.
[new page = Jason Mraz]
2. “I Won’t Give Up” – Jason Mraz
This song might be more of a traditional “beautiful” song, and it’s definitely one of my favorite on the list. The calmness and peacefulness of the guitar very much matches Jason’s soft and comforting voice. There is a slight bit of color in his voice, which, when layered over the simple guitar, makes for a great pairing.
[new page = Imagine Dragons]
1. “Radioactive” – Imagine Dragons
The vocals in this song are beautifully harmonized. “Radioactive” is an exciting, anthemic and powerful song, but at the same time, it is very soothing. This combination of emotions is what, to me, makes this song so great.
