Comedian David Spade announces his new memoir

David Spade announced that he will be writing a new memoir that will be released in Fall of 2015.

Dey Street Books, an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers, announced that the book will cover Spade’s personal life and career. He will write about his childhood in Arizona and his friendship with the late comedian, Chris Farley.

It’s likely that the memoir will also cover earlier parts of David Spade’s life in Scottsdale and Arizona. No word yet if fans will be hearing about why the popular comedian decided to get a business degree from Arizona State.

In a statement from his publisher, though, Spade did take the time to make a quick comment to say that the book is a “must” buy and a “maybe” read, according to the Associated Press.

Spade is not only known for his years on Saturday Night Live. Spade also played Russell in the television series, Rules of Engagement. Spade was also in the television series, Just Shoot Me.

More recently, Spade has been a producer of Inappropriate Pilot Outtakes with David Spade Parts 1, 2, and 3. His one hour stand-up special, David Spade: My Fake Problems, debuted on May 4th on Comedy Central, according to Broadway World.
