Top 10 BET Awards Performances

The 2014 BET Awards will air this Sunday on BET. Since 2001, the BET Awards have served as a go to stage for some of the best RnB and Hip-Hop performers. Beyoncé, Whitney Houston, T.I., Jay Z, Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys, Bruno Mars, Usher, Brandy, Nicki Minaj, Prince and many more have all performed over the past years.

From surprise openings like Jennifer Hudson and Jennifer Holiday performing “And I Am Telling You” to standout mid-card performances like Kelly Rowland’s “Motivation,” You never know what people are going to be talking about the next morning.



Last year, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Ciara, Mariah Carey, Janelle Monae, Robin Thicke and Chris brown all gave memorable performances. This year, Jennifer Hudson, Drake, Lil Wayne and Jhene Aiko will attempt to make unforgettable performances. Until then, let’s count down the most memorable performances in BET Awards history.
