Dwyane Wade agrees to new deal, returns to Miami Heat

Dwayne Wayne has resigned with the Miami Heat on a two-year deal.
Wade opted out of his two years and $42 million contract with the Heat to most likely take a pay cut to make room for Lebron James and Chris Bosh to return to Miami. With James moving on to the Cleveland Cavaliers, Wade has now cashes in for one of his last paydays in the NBA.
Wade took a two-year contract with a second year player option according to the Sun Sentinel. The length of Wade’s contract is similar to forward Loul Deng’s, who signed with the Heat over this past weekend.
His salary for the upcoming season is expected to be between $16 and $17 million.

This past season Wade was limited to playing in just 54 games due to a knee problem. His schedule of resting once every four games might have annoyed James and given the impression he wasn’t giving it his all.
The move allows Wade the chance for a raise after next season, and keeps the Miami Heat in the running for a big fish like Kevin Durant in 2016 free agency.
Miami has also resigned Chris Bosh and Mario Chalmers from last years squad.
Wade will now begin his final chapter in the NBA as he tries to take Miami back to the NBA Championship without the greatest player on the world.
