'General Hospital' weekly recap – Week of 6/30-7/4

In the park, Carly assured Sonny that Franco will keep his mouth shut about his killing AJ. Elsewhere, Rafe Jr. met with his drug dealer and didn't have enough cash so he tried begging, but his dealer cut him off.

Ava was at Sonny's feeling antsy when the doorbell rang. "Thank G-d you're here!" the blond blurted as she answered the door. Moments later, Sonny arrived. Ava then introduced him to her mother, Delia. Sonny rolled his eyes, while Ava smirked. Delia then went on and on about her life and admitted that she wasn’t close to her Ava. She then announced that she was moving in to look after her “baby girl.” Ava then sent her off to make herbal tea. "I know what you're up to lady and it ain't gonna work," Sonny told Ava after Delia left. They then bickered and he said that Delia would drive her crazier than he ever could. Then, Delia returned. After Sonny told her how much he was going to enjoy having Delia there, he left. Once Sonny was gone, Ava shrieked. "He's trying to kill me," she told Delia, who then spit out her tea. Ava then explained about how after the baby was born, Sonny would kill her, but she wouldn't explain the rest.

Franco showed up at Michael's office at ELQ, but Michael didn't want to talk to him. Before Franco could explain tell Michael about Sonny, Carly interrupted. Michael then got a phone call and left. Once Michael was gone, Carly screamed at Franco, who replied that he wanted to free her and Michael from Sonny. They then bickered and she accused him of feeling threatened by Sonny. She then pointed out that Michael would hate her when he learned that she had been keeping the truth about who killed AJ from him. Franco then admitted that he was worried about her relationship with Sonny. Carly replied that he would have to accept that Sonny would always be in her life or they were over. Franco then asked Carly for another chance. She agreed to give him one on the condition that she make him promise to keep her secrets quiet and he offered to prove how trustworthy he could be. Then, they embraced.

Kiki and a shirtless Morgan were stripping the walls of Bobbie’s old brownstone when Levi and Maxie arrived. Levi wanted to stop them from “ruining Port Charles” through gentrification. Morgan politely asks them to go, but Levi settled in for a sit-in and Maxie joined him. Kiki thought they were wasting their time and ought to go badger someone at ELQ if they had a problem with the restoration project. Morgan then called Michael about the situation. When Michael arrived, Levi told him that he was to blame. Yet, Michael insisted that the restoration project would be good for the people of Port Charles and asked Levi to leave but he refused. Michael then threatened to have Maxie and Levi arrested for trespassing, but Maxie insisted on supporting Levi. Michael then called the cops.

At the garage, Sam gasped and explained to Patrick that she knew the owner of the car who ran him, Sabrina and Emma off the road that night. “It was Silas’ car,” Sam said. "I'm gonna kill 'em," replied Patrick. Sam started making excuses and said that it had be a coincidence, but Patrick stormed off with Sam trailing behind him.

Silas drove Nina around GH in her wheelchair to Rosalie and Travis, Nina’s new physical therapist. Nina then sent Silas away. Once Silas was gone and Travis, the physical therapist tried to check out her leg, she swatted him away. He then tried explaining to Nina what physical therapy was, but Nina just stood up and kicked the wheelchair away. Travis was baffled, but Nina explained to Travis that she was putting on a show for her husband and wrote Travis a check, while they worked out the details.

Meanwhile, Rafe Jr. dropped in to see Silas and asked to borrow $400. Silas wondered why he needed and Rafe Jr. replied that he was going camping. Silas then began apologizing for “dropping the ball” and told Rafe Jr. that wanted to spend more time with him. Silas then gave his nephew a hug and sent him to his office to wait for him to finish his shift. Then, Patrick and Sam arrived. Patrick then told Silas that the evidence they uncovered about the car accident led straight to him! Silas explained that he thought his car was just sideswiped in the garage. Meanwhile, Rafe Jr. was eavesdropping. Patrick demanded answers and then Kiki strolled in and admitted that she was supposed to drive Silas’ car that night, but left it at the apartment. Sam then realized that Rafe Jr. could have taken it, but Silas doubted that. Kiki then told them that Rafe Jr. hadn't been himself lately and was been stealing money. "It must have been him," Sam sadly concluded. Rafe Jr. overheard them realize that he must have been the one driving the car that night. Silas then said that Rafe Jr. was still at GH and wanted to talk to him first. Patrick insisted on being there when he did, so Sam followed them as they both ran off to look for Rafe Jr. Kiki hung back as Rosalie pushed Nina up to her. They saw Silas run off and Kiki told them that there was a crisis involving Rafe Jr. Rafe Jr. then ran off as Rosalie told Nina and Kiki all about Rafe Jr.’s father, Stephen Clay’s vampire history. Kiki then said that she thought Rafe Jr. took Silas’ car and ran Patrick off the road and Rosalie then bashed Silas for abandoning Nina yet again for someone else. She then wheeled Nina off to go home, and Kiki looked appalled at Rosalie’s remarks. Meanwhile, Sam, Patrick and Silas couldn’t find Rafe Jr. Dante and Olivia overheard them talking and Patrick told them that they had found the other driver in the car accident, it was Rafe Jr. Silas then told Dante that he had given Rafe Jr. his car keys to take the bus home. Dante then called in an APB on Rafe Jr. suggested starting to look for him at Silas’ apartment. Patrick wanted to go with them, but Dante convinced a reluctant Patrick to go to the fireworks with Emma instead. On his way out, Patrick ran into Kiki and told her that the cops were now involved and looking for Rafe Jr.

Tracy was at Michael’s office at ELQ talking to “Luke” over the phone about how much she missed his snoring and reassured him Michael had no idea what was coming. Then, Alice appeared, blowing her whistle. Tracy tried to send her to the gym downstairs, but Alice started showing Tracy the puppets the kids made at “Lila’s Camp” as a project to thank Michael for continuing to fund the camp even with Lila gone. The Tracy puppet had fangs. Alice then told Tracy that she overheard her plotting and thought that Mr. Michael should know and Alice started to call Michael.

Back at the brownstone, Levi gave Maxie the chance to leave before the cops showed up but she refused. They then started chanting. Meanwhile, Kiki slipped out. Michael seemed a bit concerned about the body language she was sharing with Morgan. Then, Nathan and the cops arrived. After some bickering, Nathan arrested Levi and had him dragged out of the brownstone. Maxie then had a fit and shoved Nathan, telling him that he was a bully. He then handcuffed her, but she squirmed so much that they got handcuffed together.

Dante and Olivia were at GH waiting on the results from Lulu's procedure. Olivia assured Dante that everything would work out when he told her that he was skeptical. They then discussed Sonny and how he betrayed her with Ava. Olivia replied that she still “loathed” him but would forgive him eventually. Dante then told Olivia that Sonny had claimed that he messed things up with her because of Connie. "This excuse stinks like last week's fish fry," Olivia replied then wondered what Connie had to do with it all. They then went into Lulu's room. Dante told Lulu that she was his hero and then the doctor came in and informed them that they had successfully repaired Lulu's uterus and congratulated them.

Shawn returned to town and stopped by Sonny's office. Sonny then filled him in about the Ava situation since he had been gone and then went to his safe and got out the phone recording Carly had played him. Sonny then told Shawn that Ava had moved her mother, Delia, into his house with her “voice like a blender.”

Ava then added that she hoped she has some protective instincts, but Delia said that she was short in that department, but wondered what she could get for helping Ava. Ava then thought that if she could get the recording, Ava could go to the cops and Sonny wouldn't have any leverage over her. Ava then wanted Delia to find it. They then bickered and Ava begged Delia for her help. Then, Sonny strolled in. "Don't tell me the family reunion has hit the skids," he said sarcastically. He then told them to have fun and headed upstairs. Once he was gone, Delia agreed to help to Ava get the recording back.

Molly and TJ met in the park to watch the fireworks. She admitted that she wasn’t ready to go back to Alexis’ house and told TJ how Alexis had brought her Ric’s things, which included a letter he had written her telling her know how much he loved her and she admitted that it helped having Alexis there when she read it. Later, Molly told TJ about Rafe Jr’s visit and that he apologized for ratting them out to Alexis about their plans at The Metro Court. TJ then told Molly that Rafe Jr. punched him after he caught him doing coke. Molly then said that se wanted to get Rafe Jr. help and decided to talk to Silas about it since Sam was busy with Patrick’s car accident case, but Silas didn’t answer his phone. Molly then told TJ that she wouldn’t enjoy the fireworks show if she didn’t handle the Rafe Jr. now. Then, she left, but promised TJ that she would be back.

Meanwhile, somewhere else in the park, Ned met with Alexis and he told her how sorry he was about Ric. He then asked her about Molly and she told him that she was a mess and staying with Sam temporarily since they were at odds over the whole Julian thing. Ned then handed her Tracy and Luke’s annulment papers saying that he knew how hard it was for Tracy to admit she was wrong about “Luke.” Ned then added that Michael had let her back into ELQ the company after seeing the annulment papers, but Ned wanted to be certain the papers were on the up and up. Alexis wondered if Tracy was pulling a fast one on Ned, that maybe “Luke” never cheated and this was a ploy to get Tracy back in ELQ. She still promised to make sure that the annulment papers were filed.

At Michael’s office at ELQ, Tracy threatened Alice while she was on the phone with Michael. Tracy begged Alice not to talk, but Alice suddenly, grabbed her chest and collapsed to the ground. Tracy yelled for her to be okay as she called 911 for help.

Back at the brownstone, Michael realized something had happened to Alice while they were on the phone and raced off with Morgan to ELQ. Meanwhile, Nathan told him that he could handle Maxie, but after Michael and Morgan left, Nathan and Maxie accidentally got handcuffed together. Nathan finally got the key out of his pocket, but all of Maxie’s squirming caused it to fly in the air. After searching the whole brownstone, they still couldn’t find the key. Nathan said that he had another key at the PCPD and Maxie want to go there and get it, but he being a new cop, Nathan didn’t want to go to the PCPD and admit that he accidentally handcuffed himself to a perp. He then joked that he'd seen her rap sheet and laughed about her uncommon crimes. Maxie then realized that she had left her phone at home and wanted to use his and tackled him to get it. They landed on top of each other and after a few moments staring at each other, they got back up and he admitted that he had another key at their place so they headed there.

Morgan and Michael ran into Michael’s office at ELQ and demanded to know what had happened to Alice. Tracy told them that she came in and found Alice collapsed on the floor and Morgan began performing CPR on her. Soon, the paramedics arrived and shocked a pulse back into Alice, put her on a gurney and rushed her to GH. Morgan went with her begging for “The Dominator” to pull through. Meanwhile, Michael went too, but insisted Tracy come too because he wanted answers as to what had happened.

At Silas’ apartment, Nina was livid about Silas’ situation with Rafe Jr. She went on to Rosalie about how well she was doing breaking up Silas and “white trash Sam until his cokehead nephew put them back together.” Rafe Jr. then appeared, overheard her and saw that Nina was out of her wheelchair and walking just fine. He then said that he couldn’t wait to see her explain herself, but she replied by calling him a baby killer. Nina then reminded him of she kept quiet about his cocaine use to Silas and thought they could help each other. Nina then offered Rafe Jr. $500 to leave town and keep her secret. Rafe Jr. thought he should turn himself in for the accident, but Nina told him that he would rot in prison if he didn’t run. She then gave him the money and asked him if they had a deal. Later, Dante busted open Silas’ apartment’s door with his gun drawn.
