Search continues for Marine’s pregnant wife, who disappeared at national Park

The search for a pregnant woman, married to a U.S. Marine, continues after she vanished at a national park.

CNN reported that Erin Corwin is believed to have went missing from Joshua Tree National Park. She has not been since leaving her home for the Southern California park on June 28.

She was reported missing the next day by her husband, Jonathan Wayne Corwin, a corporal in the Marines.

The 19-year-old is three months pregnant.

The Huffington Post noted that Corwin’s family has started a Facebook page to seek any information about her disappearance.

"It's been one week since Erin has been missing. It's been four days since we have had any updates to aid in the investigation into the search for Erin," the post uploaded on Saturday read. "PLEASE PRAY that today is the day we find Erin, or, at the very least, that there is a direction we can be pointed as to what happened has to her."

Corwin is white, 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs about 120 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact authorities.
