10. Kristin Cavallari

Former reality star and fashion designer Kristin Cavallari rocked an adorably boho printed short set while shopping in LA on July 24. The lightweight fabric is flowy and comfortable, which is perfect for a day in the city or an outing during the summer. Cavallari paired the patterned set with a black leather vest, big black bag and some chic boot wedge heels. The black leather in combination with the more delicate set adds a bit of an edge to the otherwise sweet outfit.

9. Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift is back again! The country-pop princess wore a mesh patterned bralette cutout dress while hanging out with some friends in New York City on July 30. The meshy material over the matching patterned bralette and high-waisted skirt adds a feminine touch to an otherwise edgy look. The pattern combined with the cut of the transparent top layer gives the whole outfit an ‘80s feel.

Elle Fanning wore a pale blue floral print spaghetti strap dress while walking around LA on July 28. The cut of the flowy summer dress flatters her slim figure while keeping things casual and comfortable. Her pink sunglasses and neon-patterned purse completed the retro look. We just wish she chose to wear a different pair of shoes!

Hudgens wore an abs-bearing crop top with a flowy off-white floor-length skirt to the Young Hollywood Awards on July 27. Lashiki wore a chic black and white blazer-blouse-cropped pant combo while attending Sundance TV’s The Honourable Woman screening in New York City on July 23. The fitted cropped dress pants paired with a black sheer blouse unbuttoned to show a bit of skin provided the perfect blend of classy and sexy. The white blazer kept the outfit appropriate for a summer evening outing without making things too drab. And of course we can’t forget about those gorgeous strappy heels!

4. Zoe Saldana

Saldana wore a gorgeous black calf-length gown while attending the NYC screening of Chris Pratt’s Guardians of the Galaxy on July 29. While the length may have looked unusual on someone else, we think she really pulled it off! The cut accentuated Saldana’s curves while hiding her baby bump well. She looked elegant in the simple gown because of both the cut and satiny fabric. She did not wear any jewelry other than a pair of large diamond earrings. What a beautiful look!

1. Hilary Duff

Former child star and pop princess Hilary Duff snags our number one spot this week with a gorgeous colorful floral print romper paired with a basic black cardigan and weaved black leather belt. The floral print and bright colors make use of two of summer’s biggest trends while the cut of the romper keeps things casual but stylish. The black cardigan contrasts well with the patterns, which also coordinates with the belt to prevent the outfit from getting too boxy. Light layers look awesome this season!
