Jennifer Aniston doesn't feel like she's 'failed' because she's not a mother

Fans have been questioning whether or not former Friends star Jennifer Aniston will ever become a mother, and she has commented on it many times in the past.

During a chat with Today contributor Carson Daly, Aniston explained she doesn’t feel pressured to meet all the conventional life requirements the public is constantly asking of her.

She’s been engaged to fiancé Justin Theroux for two years, but it doesn’t seem like they have any solid plans to tie the knot.

"I don't have this sort of checklist of things that have to be done, and … if they're not checked, then I've failed some part of my feminism or my being a woman or my worth and my value as a woman,” she told Daly, Today.com reports. She also said she doesn’t think it’s “fair” that that “pressure” is put on anyone.

Throughout her entire career, there has been speculation over whether or not she’s pregnant. In 2011, she told Elle, “There’s no desperation. If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be. I’m at peace with whatever the plan is.”

As for her career after starring as Rachel on Friends, she said she feels “very grateful to my evolution and my history … I would never exchange it for anything."
