New York Giants top Buffalo Bills in Hall of Fame Game

The New York Giants earned a hard fought victory against the Buffalo Bills Sunday night. It was the preseason-opening Hall of Fame game. The final score was Giants 17 and the Bills 13.

Andre Williams, who the Giants drafted from Boston College this year, played exceptionally well. He ran for 48 yards on seven carries. According to ESPN, Williams last season led the nation with 2,177 yards rushing.

Williams has the potential to help the Giants on offense after they struggled last season scoring. It took the Giants until week seven in 2013 to snap a 0-6 start. With the potential Williams has, he has the opportunity to take some of the pressure off of Eli Manning.

Head coach Tom Coughlin was pleased with how the team communicated with each other in no-huddle situations, as proven by the New York Daily News. However, the Giants still have a lot of work to do in order to be competitive every single week.
