'Sons of Anarchy' director Paris Barclay is trying to bring back Lea Michele for more episodes

We recently learned of Glee’s Lea Michele landing a guest role on the final season of FX’s Sons of Anarchy, however, it appears as though the actress may be coming back for additional episodes.

Michele, who is known for playing Rachel Berry on Fox’s Glee, will be appearing on the show as a single mother who is a waitress at a truck stop, a role that is very different from her signature breakout role.

"It was tough," director Paris Barclay told E! News of Michele’s transformation into the character. "It had to do with makeup and wardrobe. She looks a little bigger. We didn't pad her up but she looks a little bigger than she normally does. Lighting has to do with it, too."

However, Barclay, who is also a director on Glee, recently revealed they were very impressed by Michele’s performance and may be bringing her back for more episodes.

"We love her," Barclay said. "We're trying to find a way to bring her back."

He later added it was her “completely naturalistic” acting abilities that allowed for her to capture the true essence of the role.

This will be the final season of Sons of Anarchy, which will include a number of other guest stars, including Courtney Love, Marilyn Manson, and Walton Goggins.
