Taylor Swift sings 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' for 6-year-old cancer patient (Video)

Taylor Swift made one fan’s biggest wish come true, as she performed a private concert for 6-year-old cancer patient Jordan Lee Nickerson during a visit to the Boston Children's Hospital.

In the adorable clip, Swift, 24, tells Nickerson she will be playing him a song before she gives a concert to the other kids. When she asks him what he wants to hear, he tells her to play her favorite song.

When she starts singing “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” Nickerson joins in on the chorus and stares at her in awe for most of the song.

The Hollywood Gossip reports Nickerson is being treated at the hospital for Leukemia and he was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Williams Syndrom just six months after he was born.

Swift not only performed with him, she also reportedly hung out with him for a few hours. She played air hockey with him and they ate Jell-O.
