Halle Berry asks judge to reduce Gabriel Aubry's child support payments significantly

Halle Berry and her ex, Gabriel Aubry, are back at it again when it comes to disagreeing about their daughter Nahla.
The Extant star has asked a judge to cut the $16,000 a month child support payment she’s currently paying him to around $3,000 a month.
According to TMZ, Berry believes Aubry is living solely off of the payments and does not want to support his lifestyle. She thinks he’s abusing the system by choosing not to work when he’s capable of doing so.
As we previously reported, a judge in Los Angeles court ordered Berry to pay her ex $16,000 a month in child support back in June. She was also ordered to pay $115,000 that was retroactively awarded and y $300,000 to Aubry's lawyers.
There seems to be a lot of bad blood between Berry and Aubry since their split in 2010. The model blocked Berry from moving to France with her husband, Olivier Martinez two years ago. Aubry was arrested on Thanksgiving Day 2012 for getting into a physical altercation with Martinez when he came to pick up Nahla at their home.
