Creator of ABC's 'The Bachelor' arrested for harassing former 'DWTS' co-host Brooke Burke, husband David Charvet

Creator of ABC’s long-running The Bachelor, Mike Fleiss, has been arrested for harassing David Charvet and wife Brooke Burke.

Fleiss was charged with Disturbing the Peace by Loud Noise for his harassing actions of threatening them and hounding them with sounds of barking dogs through speakers pointed at their home.

According to TMZ, the former Dancing with the Stars co-host and Baywatch star have previously tried, and failed, to get a restraining order out against Fleiss. When Los Angeles police were investigating the couple’s harassment claims, Fleiss was reportedly uncooperative with authorities.

TMZ also reported last month that Charvet claimed his Malibu, Calif. neighbor blasted sounds of "barking, crying and howling dogs at 3 AM, 5:45 AM, 6:30 AM, 11 AM, 9:30 PM and 11 PM” through speakers.

Charvet also claimed at the time that Fleiss harassed him by saying he got Burke fired from her DWTS gig. She co-hosted for eight seasons before getting replaced by Erin Andrews earlier this year.
