Adele flown out to Los Angeles to record theme for James Bond's 'Spectre' (Report)

Adele won an Oscar for the Skyfall theme song of the same name, so will she continue her relationship with the James Bond franchise?

Rumors are now surfacing that Adele was flown from her home in the UK to Los Angeles to start recording the theme song to the next James Bond installation, Spectre.

A source told The Mirrror about Adele being spotted in LA, “Everyone thinks Adele is here for her much anticipated new album, but she is actually working on a music idea for the James Bond film.”

She reportedly hasn’t spoken to MGM executives for a week weeks but when she “said she had great plans for the theme,” they “flew her over.”

People notes if she does end up recording the theme for Spectre, she would follow in the footsteps of Shirley Bassey, who provided the vocals for the James Bond films Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever and Moonraker.

Alas, “they’ll still have to decide whether they want the tune once it’s recorded." If it’s anything like “Skyfall” was, they will have another grand slam on their hands.
