Lindsay Lohan could go back to jail this week, scrambling to complete community service hours by Wednesday

In an attempt to avoid going back to jail, Lindsay Lohan is rushing to complete the mandatory community service hours she needs by Wednesday.

As we previously reported, she’s due back in court this week – on an extension – to show proof she finished 240 court-ordered hours of community service in connection to her 2012 reckless driving case. However, in November she had barely completed half.

They are reportedly still not done, due to being diagnosed and later hospitalized with the rare disease Chikungunya. She also claims she’s 15 days delinquent because the place she volunteers was closed for two weeks over the holidays.

TMZ reports Lohan put hours in at London’s Community Service Volunteers in on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and she plans to go Monday and Tuesday.

She’s due back in court on Wednesday, so if she doesn’t finish the hours, she could land herself back in jail. She’s getting a new judge this time so chances are they won’t be lenient.
