Prosecutor claims Lindsay Lohan's community service report is full of fluff, she didn't complete 240 hours

Lindsay Lohan’s community service drama continues as a prosecutor is seriously questioning the validity of the actress finishing her community service hours.

Lohan scrambled the finish the required 240 hours and it was reported Wednesday morning that she had done it all by cramming 80 hours into just nine days.

Santa Monica Chief Deputy City Attorney Terry White told Superior Court Judge Richard Stone he’s suspicious of the community service she claims to have completed, including a meet-and-greet for her play Speed-The-Plow and young people shadowing her for a day.

"She got to shake hands with people, and that's community service,” he said of the meet-and-greet, adding of the shadowing, “I'd love to hang out with a celebrity all day and see their life, but that's not community service."

White also argued if she weren’t famous, this wouldn’t fly. "If this was Lindsey Smith, nobody would allow this," he said.

TMZ reports White has been given two weeks to look into Lohan’s community service efforts and if it’s proven she didn’t complete the 240 hours, jail time will be considered.
