Justin Bieber's items from childhood sold at auction for food bank in his Canada hometown

A pair of Justin Bieber’s shoes have sold for over $6,200 to help out a food bank in his hometown of tratford, Ontario called the Stratford House of Blessing food bank. He sold the shoes in an auction on eBay and the results exceeded expectations.

His shoes aren’t the only items, which were donated by his grandparents Diane and Bruce Dale, which were sold during the auction.

The AP reports personal items of Bieber’s growing up were donated to the food bank that the “As Long As You Love Me” singer and his mother ate from during his childhood.

His Toronto Maple Leafs bed comforter was bought by a fan for $6,000 and even a light fixture went for almost $2,000. Bieber autographed each item sold.

Bieber is attempting to clean up his image, starting with appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show recently during which he said he was “passionate about being better and growing.”
