At Kelly's, Duke ordered Jordan to kill Julian. "Why me?" she asked. He replied that she was the perfect person for the job. She refused, insisting it was a bad idea, but Duke repeated his order. She wondered if he thought she was a mole. Duke kept repeating his order and then she finally agreed. Carlos watched from the window until Sabrina interrupted. They discussed his upcoming trial and he wondered if she was going to tell the cops about his confession. He urged her tell them the truth. Carlos then explained that he and Julian had set their problems aside and that his lawyer thought he would get off. She wished he wasn't back in the mob.

Nathan showed up at Anna's. She was worried about Jordan and filled him in about her little visit to Sloane. She wondered who his informant was. Nathan was clueless. They then returned to worrying about Julian. Nathan suggested they put Jordan into witness protection, but Anna said that they couldn't abandon her efforts. Nathan then wondered if Anna was really willing to risk Jordan's life to get back at Duke. Anna finally got weepy when she realized that she was putting Jordan at risk. Then, Jordan arrived and told them about Duke’s order.

Julian was at his penthouse with Sam. He wondered if she had feelings for Jake/Jason. Sam insisted that she didn't and then went on about her affection for Patrick before talking about how great Jake/Jason was. He then explained that he had gone back to being enemies with Sonny. She thanked him again for giving Jake/Jason a job and left. Then, he got a call from Carlos. Julian advised him to follow Duke and eliminate him if he got the chance.

Ric wandered into The Metro Court for a drink. Only Carly was there. He started venting about Jake/Jason. Ric then teased Carly about being jealous of Elizabeth. She told him not to waste time trying to cause problems between her and Sonny. Carly was so defensive about Jake/Jason that Ric wonders if they were just friends. He then sat at a table to pout at a picture of Elizabeth on his phone. He then pondered how to get his rival out of the way.

At GH, Elizabeth told Patrick that she had just broken up with Ric and that she had feelings for Jake/Jason. Patrick advised her to be careful since Jake/Jason had gone to work for Julian. He was surprised to hear how supportive Carly was of Jake/Jason's choice of employment. She then walked off as Sam arrived. He told her that Jake/Jason working for her father could cause a lot of problems.

Sonny arrived at Carly's. Jake/Jason answered the door. Sonny barged in and demanded to know why he was there. They then rehashed the bomb incident. Jake/Jason apologized and offered his hand. Sonny didn’t take it and complained about what Jake/Jason did to Sam. He then questioned him about whether he had designs on Carly. Jake/Jason replied that he didn’t. Sonny warned him not to hurt Carly. Jake/Jason then told him that he wouldn't be sticking around since he just got a job from Julian. Sonny took that personally. Then, Carly arrived as Sonny declared that Jake/Jason was his enemy.

Jordan showed up at Anna's. She told her and Nathan that Duke had ordered her to kill Julian, that she was sure that this was a test and that she was feeling trapped. Anna assumed that Duke was just following orders, but Jordan explained that it was all Duke’s idea. Anna kicked herself for letting this go on so long and offered to get Jordan to a safe house. That didn’t sound like much of a plan to Jordan so Nathan came up with an idea. He suggested they wire her up and get her to make Duke repeat his order. Anna was disappointed that this would only let them crush Duke. Jordan and Nathan sensed she was reluctant, but eventually, Anna agreed.

Carly arrived at home and caught Sonny declaring that Jake/Jason was his enemy. She explained why Jake/Jason was staying there. They bickered and Sonny railed about Jake/Jason working for his rival. "I'm not your enemy," Jake/Jason insisted before walking out. Sonny worried about whose side Carly was on and she claimed that this was the only job Jake/Jason could get. They then turned to discussing the custody issue. He wanted Kiki and Morgan to stay out of it. She promised to be with him for the long haul.

Carlos showed up at Julian's penthouse. Julian told him that he had hired Jake/Jason. That didn’t sit well with Carlos, who insisted that Jake/Jason couldn't be trusted. Then, Jake/Jason arrived. Julian forced his underlings to discuss their past run-in over Carly. Carlos worried that Jake/Jason could be a spy for Sonny. Jake/Jason then explained that he had met Sonny for the first time today and didn't like him at all. Julian was sure that all of this hatred would help then welcomed Jake/Jason on board.

Duke wandered into The Metro Court. He called to check in with Sonny. Michael then popped up with the baby and called Duke a “flunky.” Michael then reminds Duke of all that AJ did for him and accused him of being a hypocrite.

Meanwhile, Sabrina walked in. Lucy rushed up to her and started babbling about the Nurses’ Ball. Sabrina turned down the invitation to perform and pointed out that she no longer works for GH. Since she was still a nurse, Lucy said that was all that counted and badgered her into participating. Then, they notice Michael and Duke arguing and interrupted. Michael and Sabrina then took off to the bar. They talked about Carlos and she explained she saw him lurking earlier and suspected that he was in trouble again.

Across the room, Lucy and Duke rehashed the past year and their break-ups. He thanked her for helping to pick up the pieces of his life. She replied that she cared about him a lot, but promised to bow out if he thought he could work things out with Anna. He then took her hand and assured her there was no going back for him and Anna. "But we can move forward, if that's what you'd like," he added.

Kiki and Morgan were at Kelly's discussing the Michael situation. She filled him in about Michael hiring Sabrina and ranted about what a “psycho” Sabrina was. Morgan then suggested that they play dirty. He went on to say that they needed to make Michael look like an unfit parent and get him reported. He thought they should make Michael look like a drunk. He added that alcoholism ran in his family and they could manufacture all the evidence they needed.

At her apartment, Maxie told Spinelli that he couldn’t hang around her place as she had plans with Nathan. Then, Nathan arrived as Spinelli left and he asked Maxie if Spinelli stayed the night. Maxie said that he did, but on the couch so he could be near Georgie. Nathan understood, but he was still upset. He reiterated how he had told her that he loved her last night and that she couldn’t say it back. Maxie replied that he caught her off guard and that it wasn’t the setting she had envisioned him saying those words to her in. Nathan then told her again that he was deeply and completely in love with her. He asked if she felt the same. She told him that of course she loves him, but she admitted that she loved Spinelli too. She then added that it was in two different ways and she was reminded how her mother found herself in the same position with Frisco and Mac. Nathan replied that she couldn’t have them both and that she had to make a choice. Then, Nathan left and Maxie made a call to someone for help.

Jake/Jason stopped by The Metro Court to see Carly and apologized if he had caused problems between her and Sonny. He suggested that for the sake of her relationship that they should end their friendship, but Carly refused to stop being his friend. Carly then changed the subject to Ric and Elizabeth and she let Jake/Jason know that they had broken up. She then told Jake/Jason that the path to “Florence Nightingale was wide open, so you should go get her.” Jake/Jason wondered why she was helping him when she hated Elizabeth. Carly replied that while Elizabeth wasn't her favorite person, she hated Ric more and wanted to see him suffer. As she said this, she remembered Ric suggesting to her that she too had feelings for Jake/Jason.

At Milo’s gym, Sonny took his frustrations over Jake/Jason out on a punching bag. Then, Spinelli showed up and the two caught up and discuss their individual problems. Sonny told him all about Jake/Jason and Carly’s friendship. Spinelli admitted to Sonny that he had mistaken Jake/Jason for Jason, but it turned out to be just a trick of the light. Later, Spinelli told Sonny that he loved Maxie and wanted her back, but that she was now involved with Nathan and didn’t think he could compete with someone like that. Sonny replied that maybe he shouldn’t and that he should go back to Ellie since they were good together, but Spinelli refused to give up on Maxie and said that he had to neutralize Nathan. Then, Nathan walked in and heard this, so Sonny left them to speak alone. Nathan then told Spinelli that it was time he went home to Portland.

Molly runs into Ric at Kelly’s and the two had breakfast. Ric told her about things ending with Elizabeth. She didn’t understand how Elizabeth, Carly and at times even her own mother gave up good guys for horrible ones. She then encouraged Ric to get back on the horse and move on. Ric replied that he only wants Elizabeth, but Molly felt if he focused solely on Elizabeth he would end up doing something destructive. Ric promised Molly that he would try and keep an open mind and give dating other women another chance. She then set him up on some online dating apps and he began getting hits almost immediately.

At Elizabeth’s house, Cameron told Elizabeth that he needed to talk to Ric, but said says she and Ric weren’t together anymore. Cameron pleaded with her to get back with Ric because he needed a lawyer. She asked him why. He replied that he may have started the fire that burned Spencer, because he may have knocked something over when he took his swag bag and left. She replied that if he wasn’t sure it was his fault, and it was that it was an accident, he wouldn’t go to jail.

At Shriners Hospital, Spencer’s face was heavily bandaged and he thought he may be hideous under them. Nothing seemed to cheer him up, so Nikolas left and talked to Spencer’s doctor, who was optimistic. Later, Sam and Patrick showed up with Emma to check up on Spencer. Nikolas thought it was just what Spencer needed. Patrick and Emma then headed in to see Spencer while Nikolas talked with Sam. Sam remembered that the last time they had spoken he had something important to tell her. Nikolas then flashed to learning that Jake was Jason, but he told Sam that he was in a bit of a mess then and he didn’t remember what he wanted to tell her. Later, Elizabeth called Nikolas to check on Spencer and filled him in on what Cameron told her. Meanwhile, Emma tried to cheer Spencer up. She convinced him to come outside to the hospital playground with her. As she wheeled him out of his room, they overheard Nikolas tell Sam that Cameron thought he may have started the fire.

Back at Elizabeth’s place, she went to head out and opened the door to find Jake/Jason standing there.

Morgan and Kiki plotted at Kelly's. She was doubtful about "Operation Alcoholic" but he was sure that Rosalie could get it done. Kiki didn’t want to hear that name. Then, Sabrina wandered in with Avery. Kiki started laying into her over what she did to Ava. Sabrina assured her that she wasn’t a psycho, but Kiki blocked her exit until Morgan calmed her down. After Sabrina left, the two returned to planning. Kiki’s babbling gave Morgan an idea and then he suggested they switch Michael’s meds with something that reacted badly to booze.

At ELQ, Michael caught Rosalie calling Nikolas to give him an update. She pretended she was talking to the IT department. Michael then wondered why she had stayed late the previous night. Rosalie recalled her orders from Nikolas and starts to blubber. Then, Tracy blew in and dragged Michael into his office. Rosalie eavesdropped on them discussing a possible takeover. Tracy told Michael that she just found out that Luke conned 16 percent of the company out of Skye. Rosalie then called Nikolas to fill him in. He wasn’t worried. Then, Sabrina and the baby arrived. Once they got past Rosalie, Sabrina told Michael how hostile Rosalie was and that she was on the phone with someone she called her “boss.”

She beat herself up about it, but he assured her that it wasn't her fault. The topic then turned to her breakup with Ric and how she kind of ended things on Jake/Jason's account. "Do you think we might have a chance," he asked. She hoped so. Then, they kissed.

Lulu flew into Maxie's apartment. Maxie was in a panic about Nathan. She then told Lulu that Nathan told her that he loved her. Lulu squealed with happiness. Maxie replied that she loved him too, but that there was a Spinelli problem. Lulu was sure that he would be a doting dad no matter what. Maxie then admitted that she loved Spinelli and Nathan. "I'm like channeling my mother here," Maxie complained. Lulu suggested that she not tell Nathan this. Maxie replied that already had. Lulu then advised her to look in heart and make a choice. Then, Tracy arrived and told Lulu that she knew where Patricia was.

Spinelli was startled when Nathan cornered him at the gym and ordered him out of town. Sonny waded in and said that he didn’t appreciate what Nathan was doing. Nathan then explained the situation. Sonny was confused when Spinelli suddenly declared that he had no problem with Nathan's demand that he step away. Sonny was disappointed. Then, Spinelli clarified that he would leave, but only if they could fight a duel with their fists. Nathan was perplexed. Sonny shook his head. Spinelli then started talking trash. Nathan didn’t want to hurt him. Spinelli then jumped into the ring and declared that it was Nathan's destiny to be defeated like a Sith lord. Nathan finally agreed to come back in an hour to fight. After he left, Spinelli asked Sonny to teach him how to box.

At Shriners hospital, Spencer angrily asked Nikolas about Cameron starting the fire. He was sure that “the towney” injured him on purpose because he was a pyromaniac and didn’t want him to finally be happy with Emma. Emma was sure that Cameron wouldn't have done it on purpose.

In the hospital room in New York, Silas told Ava that her labs were inconclusive, which wasn’t abnormal when first starting chemo. Ava ended up becoming sick from the treatment, but Silas tried to encourage her to keep fighting. She wanted him to be honest with her about her odds, which he admitted weren’t in her favor. Ava didn’t want to fight anymore and then asked Silas to kill her.

Alexis warned Nina that she would be forced to stay here a lot longer if the judge thought she wasn’t getting any better. Nina then admitted to Alexis that she had been faking being crazy to stay with Franco. She then added that she wanted Alexis to help Franco get out, but Alexis replied there was nothing she can do for him. Nina then told her that she would stay with Franco. Meanwhile, Franco admitted to Scott that he too is faking, but Scott told him to keep faking because he couldn’t help him and this was his only chance of staying out of Pentonville. Later, Franco and Nina talked, Franco said that he was stuck there, but that she had a choice and he wanted her to forget about him and go live her life.

He then told Nathan to call it off, but Nathan saw it as his best bet to get Spinelli out of town. He then said that he wouldn’t hurt him, just give him one punch to take him down. then, Nathan left and Maxie showed up looking for Nathan. She had made her choice between Nathan and Spinelli and wanted to tell them. Dante let it slip about the fight. Maxie was furious, handed Georgie to Dante, told her daughter that Dante wasn't as scary as he looked and then ran off to stop the fight.

Tracy and Lulu showed up at the apartment that Spinelli tracked Patricia to. They knocked on the door and a young African American woman answered. When they ask for Patricia, she said Patricia was her mother. Tracy thought there was a mix-up, but the woman assured them that her mother was white and was Patricia. Tracy apologized and Lulu introduced herself as her cousin. The woman said that she was Valerie Spencer. Valerie then added that she never knew her mother had any siblings. Lulu replied they too had only just recently found out about Patricia as well. Tracy cut the family reunion talk short and said that they needed to talk to Patricia as she may be the only one who could help them with Luke. Valerie told them that she was sorry, but her mother was dead. They asked if they can talk to her, maybe she knew something that could help them. As Tracy asked if they could come inside, the camera panned to Luke hiding behind Valerie’s door with a gun.

Back at the gym, Nathan showed up and got in the ring with Spinelli. Nathan went easy on Spinelli, who ran around the ring making all sorts of crazy chants and doing various dance moves. Spinelli managed to tire Nathan out with his antics and made it to the final round, but Nathan knocked him down with one punch. Maxie walked in just as Nathan delivered the final blow.
