'General Hospital' Weekly Recap: March 23-27

Maxie ran into the gym as Nathan knocked Spinelli to the ground in the boxing ring. She then began berating Nathan, accusing him of acting like a caveman. Nathan then told her that boxing match was all Spinelli’s idea. Maxie refused to believe that Spinelli could be so stupid, but Sonny confirmed what Nathan said. Spinelli then explained that Nathan ordered him to leave town. Nathan replied that didn’t regret doing so. Spinelli then heard that Maxie admitted that she loved him. Nathan decided that things would never work with Maxie, that their feelings for each other were be real but they would never compare to what she had with Spinelli. "You're free to be with the man you never stopped loving," he told Maxie. He then told her to be happy and walked out.

Michael caught Morgan walking down the steps of the Quartermaine house. Morgan covered by when asked why he was there, Morgan said he was there to visit Avery and that Alice had let him in. Michael showed him the door and said that he would never see Avery again. Morgan then took a swing at him and Michael punched him into the floor. They threw each other around the hall until Ned rushed in and broke it up. Morgan then stomped out. Then, Ned and Michael headed to the parlor for a drink. Michael asked Ned about how he felt about his baby on the way with Olivia. After some awkwardness, Michael turned the topic to the missing ELQ shares. Then, Michael's allergies started acting up.

Julian startled Kiki at Kelly's. He wanted to help her fight for Avery. She told him that she and Morgan already had a plan. He offered his help if she needed it and told her that he was sure her mother would be proud of her scheming. Julian exited as Morgan arrived. Morgan told Kiki that their plan was moving ahead and that he had successfully switched Michael’s allergy meds with pills that don’t go well with alcohol. She replied that she was having second thoughts so he assured her there would be no long-term damage.

Meanwhile, Julian literally bumped into Olivia outside. Then, the baby started kicking her. Julian wanted to feel it and asked her again if the child could be his. Then, Ned suddenly appeared. He and Olivia then made a show of how happy they were to be starting a family.

In the New York hospital, Ava asked Silas to help her die. He admitted that, without a donor, she had three months to live. She replied that she had already been to her own funeral so she was ready to go now, but Silas wasn't ready. Ava then begged him to put her to sleep. He replied that he didn’t know how he could ever look in their daughter's eye again if he did as she asked. Plus, it went go against everything he believed in. Ava continued to plead with him, but he still refused. Ava then threatened to do it herself. Silas said that he cared about her too much to kill her. She fired back that she was sure that he could do it because he cared.

Lulu and Tracy tried to beg their way into Valerie's place. Meanwhile, Luke hid behind the door with his gun out. He slipped into the closet as the women barged in. They filled Valerie in about Luke's mental problems and quizzed her about what could have happened to him. They badgered her, but came up empty. As the women headed for the door, Tracy heard a noise.

Elizabeth was making out with Jake/Jason at her place when they were interrupted by a woman claiming to be his wife. Her name was Hayden. She started babbling about how different he looked and threw her arms around him. He was at a loss and Elizabeth started asking questions. Hayden replied that she had heard about him in the newspaper. To Jake/Jason's surprise, Hayden said that his name really was Jake. All of this didn’t add up for Elizabeth. She assumed that Hayden couldn't have been looking too hard for him since it had been months. Hayden shot back that she assumed that Jake/Jason took off after they had a fight, that she reported him missing, but the cops didn't take much interest. Elizabeth then wanted proof. Hayden claimed it was all in her hotel room. She then said that she would be in touch and left. When she got outside, she made a call. "It's done," she said and she suggested they meet.

Back inside, Jake/Jason told Elizabeth that he didn’t remember Hayden. They both wondered if Hayden was being honest, but questioned why she would make this up. Jake/Jason thought she was going to have to come up with real proof that they were married. He then added that he felt nothing for her when she told him her story and that the only person he felt anything for was Elizabeth. The two kissed again, but Elizabeth worried that if Hayden came up with legitimate proof then this might be their last kiss. She added that she knew he wouldn’t turn his back on Hayden if it was true, so she suggested they put things on hold until they had proof one way or the other.

At Sam’s place, Julian told Alexis that he ran into Olivia today and discussed his suspicions about her baby. They soon tabled that subject and begin to make love. then, Patrick and Sam walked in on them as they are ripping one another’s clothes off and Sam hid her face in Patrick’s chest until her parents composed themselves. The four then made small talk and later Patrick and Sam went up to her room for privacy. There, Patrick offered Sam a solution to never possibly walking in on her parents almost naked again and suggested that she move in with him. The two then discussed the idea, but Sam said that she needed time to think it over. Meanwhile, downstairs, Julian had the same idea and asked Alexis to move in with him. She didn’t think it was a realistic idea with Molly and they tabled the discussion too and then ended up taking their fun to their bedroom.

At Kelly’s, Ned and Olivia talked about Julian’s suspicions that she was carrying his child. She said Julian really threw her since he was so nice to her, almost paternal. Ned then asked her if she was having second thoughts about not telling him, but she replied that she wasn’t. She then asked Ned if he was having second thoughts about committing to this lie for life, but he replied that he wasn’t either.

At Valerie’s place, Lulu and Tracy were about to leave when they heard a noise inside her apartment. Tracy asked if someone else was there. Valerie said that it was just her cat and once again tried to get rid of them, but they wouldn’t leave. Lulu then asked Valerie where her mother was buried as her Aunt Bobbie would want to know so she could pay her respects, so Valerie told her at Oak Hill Cemetery. Then, Lulu and Tracy finally left and Luke emerged from the closet. Valerie then told her Uncle Luke to leave and forget they were related because she planned to, but Luke replied that he wasn’t going anywhere and waved his gun around. Valerie reiterated that she had done everything he asked, but he said that she still hadn’t told him where his sister was. Valerie then said that her mother was dead, but Luke didn’t believe her and wasn’t going anywhere until she told him where Patricia was.

At her Metro Court hotel room, Hayden made herself a drink and told Ric that they bought it. Ric was happy and paid her the first portion of what she was owed. Ric then added that once Elizabeth officially dumped Jake/Jason, he would pay her the rest. The two then discussed how they met on the dating website that Molly set him up on. Hayden confessed that she really was looking for a nice guy, but his proposition was too good to pass up thanks to the debt her lying, cheating husband left her with. She then told Ric that Jake/Jason and Elizabeth wanted proof that she was married to Jake/Jason. Ric replied that he had all the proof she would need and then handed her an envelope with fake identification for Jake/Jason. She looked at it and said that she would need more proof that they had a real history together. He replied that he was working on getting that.

Tracy and Lulu headed to a diner for lunch and discussed Valerie, Patricia and how they were no closer to the truth about Luke’s split. Tracy believed something was going on in that apartment that Valerie didn’t want them to know about. She thought that Valerie was way too eager to get rid of them, but Lulu felt that they just sprung a lot on her at one time. Tracy didn’t believe she had a cat since there was no evidence of one and that the noise they heard was someone else in the apartment. Lulu then realized that Tracy believed that Patricia may have been in the apartment, but, if that were true she wondered why Valerie would hide her from them.

Sam and Patrick woke up at her place. Patrick once again asked her to move in with him, but she reiterated that she still needed time to think about it. Then, the two made love, and in doing so, they knocked over the jar that contained Sam’s wedding ring to Jason. She then recalled the night Jason was shot, fell into the river and how his wedding ring had been lost with him. Patrick then said so that was why there was only one ring. This triggered Sam’s memory of Jake/Jason saying the exact same thing right before he went into surgery and she wondered if he was speaking about this ring.

At the courthouse, Nina met with Nathan before her trial and could sense that something was wrong, so he filled her in on what had been going on with Maxie and Spinelli. However, Nathan wanted her to focus on herself right now, which Alexis agreed with. Nathan then told Nina that today would decide whether she got a fresh start or spent the rest of her life in Shadybrooke. Then, Franco approached, so Nathan excused himself to talk to Alexis, giving Franco and Nina a chance to talk. Nina told Franco that Alexis knew that she wasn’t crazy and Franco admitted that he told Scott the same about himself. Nina thought Alexis had to keep what she told her confidential because she was her lawyer, but she worried Scott would use his confession to hurt Franco. Later, Alexis told Nina that it was time. Nathan was called away to an emergency meeting, but wished her luck before he left. Then, Nina’s competency trial began and Alexis presented her evidence, including that Nina faked her most recent breakdown that caused the delay in this hearing.

At Kelly’s, Maxie had her morning coffee and headed out with Georgie. She ran into Spinelli, who asked how she was doing given her relationship with Nathan had just ended. The two argued, and Maxie was furious with Spinelli for treating her like a prize to be won and added that she never expected that from him. He then begged for her forgiveness and said he was only trying to prove that he was as much of a man as Nathan was and that he (Spinelli) deserved her. He then asked if he had blown it with her, but she said that they should discuss this later as she had to get Georgie home.

Back inside, Molly stopped in to see TJ and was waiting for Ric to show up to find out how his dating life was going. She filled TJ in on setting Ric up on an online dating web site.

Ric stopped by Hayden’s hotel room at The Metro Court to drop off the rest of the evidence she would need to give to Jake/Jason. Suddenly, Jake/Jason knocked on her door. Hayden answered the door while Ric slipped out. She then presented the suitcase of proof to Jake/Jason that Ric had brought by. Inside the case was a wedding photo in which Jake/Jason’s face looked different, as well as other photos from vacations and dates they had gone on. Jake/Jason looked at the photos, but still remembered nothing. He then wondered why he didn’t have his wedding ring. Hayden replied that when they got into their argument before he stormed off that he threw it at her. She then presented him with his ring and put it back on his finger.

Carly showed up at Elizabeth’s for a thank you for reuniting her with Jake/Jason. When she asked where Jake/Jason was, Elizabeth told her that he was with his wife. Elizabeth then filled Carly in on Hayden’s arrival and her claims. Carly found Hayden’s arrival suspicious and wanted to do something to save Jake/Jason from this woman, who she thought must be a con-artist. She then told Elizabeth that they were both going to The Metro Court to find out what was going on with this woman and to help Jake/Jason.

Ric met up with Molly and TJ at Kelly’s. He told them that he did meet a nice woman through the online dating site, but it turned out that she was married. Ric then flashed back to taking photos of Hayden with a guy named Pete, who pretended to be a pre-plastic surgery Jake/Jason. Molly then made Ric promise not to give up on dating. She then headed to school, while TJ got back to work. Suddenly, the man that Ric paid to pretend to be Jake/Jason in the photos sat down and asked Ric to buy him lunch.

Back at The Metro Court, Elizabeth and Carly walked into Hayden’s room just as she pulled Jake/Jason into a kiss to try and help spark his memory.

In court, Franco acted crazy during his trial to prove that he wasn’t sane, but the assistant DA then called Scott to the stand to testify. Scott then testified that Franco had been faking his condition in order to stay out of Pentonville. The judge then declared that Franco was legally competent to stand trial for his crimes. Scott then got off the stand and sat behind Franco, who was furious with his father. Scott then revealed that he had to make sure Franco stood trial. that right now his lawyer was pointing out that it was Heather Webber who had kidnapped and held everyone hostage and that when he panicked and ran with Nina that he had no way of knowing she would kidnap a baby and bring it with them. Scott then said that in the end, he was the DA and would have no choice but to drop all charges against Franco. Franco then thanked his dad.

In another courtroom, Alexis revealed to the judge that Nina had faked her breakdown and told the court that Nina was thinking with her heart when she did so. Nina wouldn't let Alexis sell out Franco, so she demanded to take the stand. Nina tried to once again act crazy, until Franco walked in a free man. Then, Nina quickly changes her story and apologized for her actions and the trouble she had caused the court. Nina was then freed and the charges against her were dismissed. She then ran into Franco’s arms.

At Sam’s place, Sam continues to dwell on her wedding ring and whether Jake was talking about it when he went into surgery. She and Patrick discuss it, and he eventually tells her not to drive herself crazy over this, that Jake could have been talking about any ring.

At The Metro Court, Carly and Elizabeth walked in as Hayden pulled Jake/Jason into a kiss. Hayden asked who Carly was, so Carly introduced herself and began grilling Hayden as to who she was. She also demanded to see proof that she was Jake/Jason’s wife. Hayden showed her the proof, but Carly disputed the ring and the photos. Hayden then offered up medical records, which Elizabeth looked over and noted that Jacob Barnes had brain surgery that matched the one they know Jake/Jason had. Hayden says that Jake was a construction worker and he fell off a roof, which is why he needed surgery. Elizabeth then told Carly that they should go and they walked out, but Jake/Jason went after Elizabeth, while Carly kept Hayden from following. Jake/Jason then told Elizabeth that he only wanted her, but Elizabeth told him that he owed it to himself and Hayden to try to get back what he once had. She then said goodbye and walked off. Meanwhile, Carly promised Hayden that she would find out what was going on and expose her as a fraud.

Outside Kelly’s, Dante and Lulu were reunited and discussed their separate investigations into Luke. They then headed inside as Ric pulled Pete out the back so they weren’t seen together. Pete then demanded more money from Ric, but Ric said that he was hired to do a modeling job and that was it. Except Pete had figured out Ric’s scheme for Jake/Jason and Elizabeth, which amounted to fraud, so he demanded more money. Ric agreed to pay him, but said that afterwards he wanted the guy to disappear. Pete replied, "We’ll see."

Meanwhile, Dante and Lulu sat down and talked about Valerie and what she told her and Tarcy about Patricia. Lulu told him that Tracy thought something was off and that someone was in the next room at Valerie’s. She then worried that her father could have gotten to Valerie, so she called her to make sure she was safe.

At Valerie’s place, Luke had Valerie tied to a chair and her mouth taped shut. He removed the tape so he could feed her breakfast and question her as to where Patricia was. Yet, Valerie continued to claim that her mother was dead, but she soon realized that her mother must know something that could hurt him. Luke then notices she was talking about Patricia in the present tense, so Valerie finally admitted that her mother was alive. However, she fired back that she wouldn’t tell him where her mom was, because she knew he would just kill her. Luke then realized that she wasn’t going to tell him anything, which meant that she was of no further use to him. Valerie then escaped her bonds and ran from Luke. When her phone rang she answered and screamed for help, but Luke managed to pull the cord out first.

Back at Kelly’s, Lulu got no answer when she called Valerie so she and Dante decided to go back to her apartment and check on her.

Dante and Lulu arrived at Valerie’s door and when she didn’t answer they broke it down. Lulu then looked inside and exclaimed, "Oh my God!"

In the courtroom, Nina and Franco were thrilled to finally be free. Alexis then informed Nina that she was going to have to live with Nathan above Kelly's because all of her money was currently being controlled by the state. Alexis then advised Nina not to do anything stupid and left. Nina and Franco then made out. She wondered where he was going to live. He decided that The Metro Court was the place to be and suggested they move in together. Franco then claimed he had a plan to deal with Carly. She thought he was a genius.

Anna wired up Jordan in her room at The Metro Court. Jordan was nervous. Anna had to admit that Duke still meant a lot to her, but said that didn’t matter anymore.

Downstairs, Duke was going through his tea box in the dining room. It was missing his money. Then, Julian showed up to wave it in his face. He' said that he took it as compensation. They then bickered about who owned the docks. Duke thought he was pathetic and motioned his thugs over. Julian then handed the cash over. Olivia then came over to tell them to stop causing a disturbance. Once Julian left, Jordan joined Duke at his table. They had some chamomile tea and she made excuses for not taking Julian out. She then prompted him to repeat his kill order. "Say the word," she prodded, but he didn’t and claimed that his order was just a test.

Meanwhile, Julian apologized to Olivia for trying to touch her baby and said that he was going to let it all go. Then, Alexis showed up and they made out. She told them that Nina was free again and so was Franco. Olivia then admitted to visiting Franco at Shadybrook since they had both been injected by Heather with LSD. Alexis wondered what that conversation was about. Later, Franco and Nina strolled in and requested a suite from Olivia. She refused so Franco threatened to tell Julian that she was carrying his baby.

Back upstairs, Sloane showed up in Anna's room with a warrant. They bickered, ordered her to tell him who her informant was and demanded to see her laptop. She adamantly refused. He then admitted that he didn't have a warrant and that Bob had already told him that Jordan was her informant. Anna claimed that was nonsense. Then, Jordan rushed in, babbling about what had just happened downstairs.

Shawn dropped by the gym to talk to Sonny about Jordan. They got in the ring to practice and Shawn admitted that he could be wrong about Jordan. Sonny then explained that Duke was giving her a test. Shawn quickly guessed what that was and guessed that Sonny already assumed Jordan was an informant. Then, Duke strolled in. He informed them that Jordan aced his test and he called off the hit. Sonny walked Shawn out. Duke's thug wondered why he didn't tell Sonny about Jordan wearing a wire.

Bobbie met Tracy at Kelly's. She had no luck tracking down Luke either. Tracy then explained that she had found Patricia, but that she was dead. Bobbie broke into tears until Tracy told her about her niece, Valerie, who had given them misleading information about Patricia's burial place. Bobbie then googled the name of the cemetery and discovered that Oakhill was a convalescent home. She then called them up.

Dante and Lulu burst into Valerie's apartment and found her on the floor. She had a pulse and Lulu woke her up. Valerie explained that Luke clobbered her after holding her at gunpoint. She then admits that her mother was alive, was in a convalescent hospital and that Luke forced the information out of her.

Tracy and Bobbie went to Oakhill. When they walked into Patricia's room, Luke was waiting with his gun drawn.
