Putin critic Boris Nemtsov's murder caught on tape as supporters mourn during march

As thousands of supporters marched in Moscow after the murder of Boris Nemtsov, surveillance footage released appears to show Nemtsov before he was shot and killed while walking with his girlfriend, Anna Duritskaya.

As previously reported, on Friday night, the 55-year-old former deputy prime minister for President Boris Yeltskin was killed before he had been planning to lead a protest in his opposition against the Russian government under Vladmir Putin.

Accoring to Fox News,The murder happened near the Kremlin and footage reportedly shows a white car driving across a bridge before someone ran into the car before it made a speedy getaway.

BBC News reported the Moscow march had originally been meant to be meant as a demonstration to be led by Nemtsov. Supporters reportedly have made accusations against the Kremlin for being involved in the murder, but Putin spoke out against the murder, calling it “vile” and vowing to search for the people who committed the killing.

The marchers also reportedly walked past the spot where Nemtsov was killed on the Great Moskvoretsky Bridge. Flowers and flags were left at the spot, with some placards reading “They were afraid of you, Boris.”

Activists who were Pro-Kremlin said they would not do anything to interrupt the march for Nemtsov.
