Broncos players have to hold it in or face fart tax, Von Miller hit the most

Denver Broncos players have to really hold in their farts, or they face a fart tax. Yes, this is not based on an Onion article, because Von Miller - the player fined the most for his extra flatulence - has confirmed it.

On Wednesday, Denver Post reporter Nicki Jhabvala tweeted that the team’s star linebacker told her that the team has a fart tax for meetings. New head coach Gary Kubiak apparently can’t stand being interrupted by anything, including bodily functions.

Miller not only said that he is the most-fined player for his farts, but also explained to Jhabvala why it’s an issue for him.

“They can’t fine me if I get up and walk away. It’s NOT healthy,” Miller said. “I keep trying to tell them it’s not healthy if I just sit there and hold it in. Nobody in the world does that. I just do it more than the average person.”

The Broncos do have a lot to worry about for their 2015 season, especially after they got knocked out of the playoffs early last season. But they have to get all their farting out of the way first.

Maybe if they could harness Miller’s farting power somehow, they could help get Peyton Manning another Super Bowl.
